FISH FINGER RECIPES

Fish fingers are a delicious and popular dish, especially among children. Here are a few recipes for making fish fingers at home:

Classic Fish Fingers Recipe

Ingredients:

 * 500g white fish fillets (cod, haddock, or tilapia)

 * 1 cup all-purpose flour

 * 2 large eggs, beaten

 * 2 cups breadcrumbs (panko breadcrumbs are recommended for extra crispiness)

 * Salt and pepper to taste

 * Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

 * Cut the fish fillets into finger-sized strips.

 * Season the fish with salt and pepper.

 * Set up a breading station: one plate with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.

 * Dredge each fish finger in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

 * Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

 * Carefully place the fish fingers in the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

 * Remove the fish fingers and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

 * Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce (tartar sauce, ketchup, or mayonnaise).

Oven-Baked Fish Fingers

Ingredients:
